The staff and management of the Blossoms ECE services has a varied past experience in early childhood education contexts in South Auckland. The Service Provider Contact and Operations Manager Mrs. Sarabjit Sidhu has worked as a teacher and manager since 2002 in Manurewa, East Tamaki, Clendon, Pukekohe and Wiri areas within a range of centres ranging from private, corporate to public kindergartens.
During most of her early childhood career Sarabjit has worked with South Auckland communities alongside multicultural staff with deep-linkages in the community. Within a short period of six years Blossoms has grown from one centre with 16 children on its roll to full capacity in Wiri, Otahuhu, Pukekohe, Riverside, Takanini, Mangere, Onehunga and Papakura with a combined capacity of 540 child spaces including 137 under 2 year olds. One of the key reasons Blossoms has grown is due to the symbiotic support relationships it has built with parents and family/whanau of the hinterland of our services.
In 2017, Blossoms Educare will add three more services in Point England, Auckland and Rolleston and Rangiora in Canterbury.
