BeSpoke Management Services is the ‘in-house’ provider of management and support services to early childhood services and other projects of the Blossoms Educare group. The company has been in existence and providing management services since 2015.

​Considering that the size of individual ECE entities is relatively small, the BeSpoke management and support structure ensure availability to top quality professional advise at a reasonable cost. Also, pooling of administrative services results in economies of scale to the operating business entities and is seen as a win-win for all parties.

Services Offered
  • Management, accounting, project, support and resourcing personnel to assist management of the businesses.
  • Supplying teaching and administrative staff required as relievers from time-to-time
  • IT services including desktop, application support, learning stories, and connectivity and other Internet related support as required.
  • Weekly payroll and HR support including Staff recruitment, Training, formalising Policies and Procedures, handling grievance and disciplinary process to and including termination, if required. 
  • All Finance, Treasury, and Insurance related support i.e. arranging funding, banking covenant compliance, reporting and managing cashflows.
  • Statutory accounting and preparation of Annual Financial Statements as required under the relevant reporting regime.
  • Arranging statutory MOE audits to be conducted by a Practicing Chartered Accountant and reporting to MOE as required under the funding requirements.
  • Tax compliance including PAYE, GST, FBT, RWT and Corporate Taxation.
  • Transport, Telephone, Procurement of supplies and such other support functions.
